Appointment the BoC of PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia
In accordance with the Circular Decision of the Shareholders of PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia (Telkomsat), effective from July 12, 2021, Rama Pratama has been appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners of Telkomsat and has respectfully dismissed Harry Suseno Hadisoebroto as the Board of Commissioners Telkomsat.
The current composition of Telkomsat Commissioners is:
President Commissioner: Edi Witjara
Commissioner: Indrawan Ditapradana
Commissioner: Benny Riyanto
Commissioner: Amanah Abdulkadir
Commissioner: Rama Pratama
With this change in the Board of Commissioners, it is hoped that Telkomsat can continue to provide the best contribution for Stakeholder and also the Indonesian nation and state.
