National Education Day, Telkomsat Receives Visit Telkom Sandhy Putra Purwokerto Vocational School
Cibubur - In order to commemorate National Education Day every May 2, Telkomsat receives visits from Telkom Vocational High School students at Sandhy Putra Purwokerto.
Located in the VSAT Room of Telkomsat, the students were accepted by AVP Corporate Communication and Office Support, Sinai Handayani. In his speech, he welcomed the Sandhy Putra Purwokerto Telkom Vocational School students, and continued with a brief history of the formation of PT. Telkom Satelit Indonesia (Telkomsat).
Furthermore, the material presentation was delivered by several teams from Telkomsat. In his presentation, the Telkomsat team said about the workings and satellite orbit, the introduction of Telkomsat products, to the work safety system. During the presentation, the students looked very serious in listening to the topic presented. They are very enthusiastic and really take advantage of the time available to satisfy their curiosity with the many questions asked.
In addition to the presentation of the material presented, the students had the opportunity to visit facilities owned by Telkomsat. For the first facility, they visited the VSAT and USAT antenna workshops. And for the second facility, they were shown a 9 and 10 meter VSAT antenna located on the front page of the Telkomsat office.
As part of the CSR program, this activity aims to increase the knowledge and knowledge of the students regarding the development of satellite technology, the Telkomsat brand and telecommunications services that are carried from upstream to downstream.
