Telkomsat and LAPAN Collaborate in the Development of Satellite Technology
Telkomsat cooperates with the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN) for collaboration in the field of development and utilization of satellite technology.
The collaboration includes the development of satellite studies in the equator LEO (Low Earth Orbit). This collaboration was marked by the signing of a contract between President Director of Telkomsat Tonda Priyanto and Head of LAPAN Mujtahid. The involvement of LAPAN personnel has advantages for both entity, including the exchange of technology and experience in the satellite field, and increasing market confidence in the capabilities and reliability of Telkomsat's satellite control operations.
