Telkomsat Ensures Smooth Communication During Christmas and New Year Through the Posko NARU
Bogor, December 22, 2023 - Telkomsat, along with other subsidiaries of the Telkom Group, participated in the Kick-Off of the Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 Command Post (Posko NARU), which started from December 22, 2023, to January 2, 2024. The purpose of this Posko NARU is to ensure smooth communication needs during the Christmas and New Year period.
The Kick-Off Posko NARU was attended by Director of Development Telkomsat, who also serves as the Acting Director of Operations - Anggoro Kurnianto Widiawan, EGM Resource Management & Operation - Suroso Yulianto, EGM Service Management & Operation - Sudin, and Telkomsat's Senior Leaders. The NARU Command Post Kick-Off was conducted simultaneously at the national level through a video conference attended directly by the Chief of Command of Telkom Group SIAGA NARU 2023/2024 - Herlan Wijanarko, along with the BoE and Senior Leaders of the Telkom Group, Telkom Regional 1-7, and Telkom Group Subsidiaries.
The theme of this year's Posko NARU is “Cerahkan dunia, sebarkan kebaikan" with four main programs: Successful Deliver Excellent CX, Special Service Project for Customer, Digital Experience, and Charity for Indonesia. These programs are part of the Telkom Group SIAGA Christmas 2023 & New Year 2024 initiative.
To support this activity, Telkomsat has deployed more than 360 personnel spread across teams in four Telkomsat regional areas, namely Regional Team 1 (Papua & Maluku), Regional Team 2 (Sulawesi & Kalimantan), Regional Team 3 (Central Java, East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara), and Regional Team 4 (West Java, Banten, DKI Jakarta, and Sumatra). The presence of these teams is expected to ensure smooth communication during the Christmas and New Year period and provide the best experience for Telkomsat customers.
Overall, these activities reflect the dedication and efforts of Telkomsat and the Telkom Group to provide reliable and high-quality communication services, especially during important moments like Christmas and New Year.
