Telkomsat Has Prepared for the Increase in Traffic During Eid Al-Fitr 1441 H
Bogor - As a form of commitment in meeting the needs of telecommunications services during the Idul Fitri 1441 H, Telkomsat and other Telkom Groups held the Posko Siaga RAFI which took place from 20 to 27 May 2020.
The implementation of the Command Posko officially began with checking the readiness of the infrastructure network simultaneously in all parts of Indonesia through a Video Conference led by the BoE Telkom Group.
On this occasion, Telkomsat reported its readiness in the Posko Siaga RAFI. There were Posko Areas with a number of standby locations in 33 Provinces and 64 cities with a total of 228 personnel. All personnel are ready 24x7 days to oversee the main program that is providing excellent service to customers and to successfully implement the Posko Siaga RAFI Telkom Group Standby Command.
The Posko Siaga RAFI was different from previous years. During the Covid-19 Virus pandemic, all Telkomsat personnel applied two methods while on duty, namely on site and home base methods. Both of these methods do not dampen the enthusiasm of the personnel to provide the best service to all Telkomsat customers.
At the opening of the Posko, Telkomsat was represented by Managing Director - Endi Fitri Herlianto, Operations Director - Anggoro Kurnianto Widiawan, VP Network Operation - Ali Rusli, VP Service Delivery - Joko Sarwono, VP Satellite Operation - Mochamad Yazid Saktiono, and several other Telkomsat Senior Leaders .
Supported by trained and experienced Human Resources (HR), Telkomsat is ready to oversee maximum service stability, so that customers continue to feel safe and comfortable despite celebrating Eid al-Fitr at home.
