Telkomsat Helds Leadership and Management Training Batch 1
Cibinong - To create highly talented, integrity-minded human resources with leadership and managerial skills, Telkomsat held Telkomsat Helds Leadership and Management Training Batch 1 at the Control Headquarters Cibinong Satellite from 21-22 May 2019.
The event was also attended by the Director of Telkomsat - Tonda Priyanto, VP of Human Capital Management - Mohamad Ramdan, Manager of all units, as well as several representatives from Telkom CorpU who were also speakers at the event.
The Managing Director of Telkomsat - Tonda Priyanto, this training is expected to be able to equate language, work methods, and thought patterns that form the basis of management in Telkomsat's work environment. In addition, he advised that all employees can make maximum contributions to the progress of this company.
After listening to the remarks, the program continued with a presentation on the theme of Knowing Yourself "Built Your Strength" by Rini Utami, Telkomsat Leadership by Tutut Bahtiar, Communication Skill by Mardianto, and ending with Coaching Introduction delivered by Imam P Laksono and Mustopa.
Enthusiasm and spirit of the participants surrounds this activity for two days, as evidenced by many questions and active discussions between participants and resource persons. Leadership Training and Management will be routinely carried out by HCM Telkomsat to produce leaders companies that are able to motivate and inspire all of their employees.
