Telkomsat Holds Kick Off Internal Posko NARU 2021 - 2022

Cibinong - In order to maintain excellent service quality on Christmas 2021 & New Year 2022, Telkomsat held an Internal Kick Off Internal Posko Naru (Christmas New Year) 2021-2022, on Tuesday 14 December 2021.

The Posko activity was opened by the CEO of Telkomsat - Endi Fitri Herlianto in the Gajah Mada Meeting Room. On this occasion, Endi advised that this activity, which has been routinely carried out every year, should run smoothly and that every personnel is always on standby and can provide the best support to customers.

This activity was continued with the presentation of the plan to escort the Posko by GM Service Deployment Mobile - Twinsani. In his presentation, Twinsani explained the responsibilities of the task force team, the timeline for the posko and also the profile of the Telkomsat network.

To support this activity, Telkomsat deployed more than 500 personnel who will always be on standby to maintain the operation of the Posko to provide the best quality service for customers.
