Telkomsat Holds RUPST 2020
Jakarta – On June 9, 2021, PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia has held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which was held at the Telkom Landmark Tower (TLT) 21st Floor, Jakarta.
This meeting was chaired by Edi Witjara as the President Commissioner of Telkomsat and attended via a video conference by the Director of Finance & Risk Management, Heri Supriadi, the representative of PT Telkom Indonesia as the holder of 99.99% shares and Justi Ariesthiawati as the holder of 1 share or 0.001% of the shares.
On the agenda of this RUPST agreed on: Approval of the annual report, Net profit for the financial year 2020; Appointment of a Public Accounting Firm that will audit the 2021 financial statements; Strengthening the implementation of risk management at PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia.
