Telkomsat Organizes RAPIM Q3 - 2021
Bogor - Telkomsat carries out an internal RAPIM with the theme "Secure Strong Fundamental in 2021 to Grab Bright Performance in 2022" which was held hybrid, on Thursday - Friday (07-08/10).
The RAPIM event began with the direction by CEO of Telkomsat – Endi Fitri Herlianto and then continued with the presentation from Senior Leaders of Telkomsat, including RJPP 2022-2026 by PGS VP SBD - Philipus Nanang, Securing RKAP 2021 by GM PPCS - M. Zakaria, HR Development by VP HCM - Mohamad Ramdan, Cost Efficiency by VP Network Operational - Joko Sarwono and ended with the percentage of Audit Security 2021 by VP ARM & HSE - Jove Meldi Priyatama Sinaga.
In his direction, the CEO of Telkomsat – Endi Fitri Helianto, advised all management and employees to always create innovations and new products that are in line with Telkomsat's business portfolio.
In addition, Endi also explained about the Satellite Roadmap described until 2026. In this Satellite Roadmap, it is explained about Telkomsat's grand plans, including the launch of several new satellites. This is done by Telkomsat to become a large company and have international competitiveness.
Closing his directive, he conveyed the Company's performance until the period Q3-2021. According to him, until now Telkomsat has succeeded in producing good Company performance with growth such as Revenue, Ebitda, Net Income (RENI) which is positive and achievement above the targets that have been set.
The RAPIM event closed with a brisk walking, which was carried out to increase cooperation and so that employees get used to having a healthy lifestyle. In the implementation of this event, Telkomsat always applies strict health protocols according to government recommendations.
With the holding of RAPIM Q3-2021, it is expected to provide motivation to all employees to keep the spirit of securing the achievement of the target and closing 2021 with an achievement of excellence that can be a strong company capital for the year 2022 and also the coming years.
