Telkomsat Prepares Hundreds of Personnel Ahead of Christmas and New Year Celebration
Bogor - As a commitment to meet the needs of telecommunication services during Christmas 2020 and New Year 2021, Telkomsat together with other TelkomGroup subsidiaries held a Posko Siaga Naru which took place from 22 December 2020 to 5 January 2021.
Posko Siaga Naru was officially opened by checking the readiness of infrastructure networks simultaneously throughout Indonesia through a Video Conference (vicon) led by CTO TelkomGroup, Herlan Wijanarko.
On this occasion, Telkomsat reported its readiness in the Naru Alert Post 2021. There are Posko areas with standby locations in 33 provinces and 67 cities with 222 personnel. All personnel are ready 24x7 days to guard the main programs, namely Prime Service, Special Packages and BUMN for Indonesia and the successful implementation of the Posko Naru Telkom Group.
The implementation of this Posko uses two methods while on duty, namely the on site and home base methods. These two methods did not dampen the enthusiasm of the personnel to provide the best service to all Telkomsat customers.
The CTO of TelkomGroup invites all task force teams to succeed in a highly disciplined post because the company's reputation is at stake.
The same thing was also expressed by the Head of the Telkomsat Task Force, Ma'sum Patoni, according to him "In accordance with the theme of the Naru post 2020-2021 #spreadthenewspirit, let us all channel positive energy for the spirit of welcoming Christmas and New Year 2021".
At the opening of the Posko, Telkomsat was represented by the President Director, Endi Fitri Herlianto; Director of Operations, Anggoro Kurnianto Widiawan; VP Satellite Operation, Sofyan; VP Network Operation, Joko Sarwono; VP Service Delivery, Ali Rusli; and several other Telkomsat Senior Leaders.
