Telkomsat Welcomes Students for the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) 2024
Jakarta - In an effort to strengthen human resources and integrate educational theory with industrial practice, Telkomsat has accepted the implementation of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB). This program is designed to provide valuable opportunities for students to develop their professional skills through hands-on experience in a real work environment.
MSIB is an initiative program offering comprehensive career preparation, allowing students to learn beyond their formal study programs with guaranteed conversion of Semester Credit Units (SCUs) recognized by universities. The program runs from February 16 to June 30, 2024, with implementation locations at two Telkomsat offices located in Bogor and Jakarta.
As a leading satellite solution provider, Telkomsat emphasizes the importance of fresh perspectives and ideas in making business operational processes more effective. The MSIB program aims to leverage the intellectuality, idealism, and enthusiasm of students in addressing the challenges faced by the company. Through this program, students are expected to bring new vigor and innovative ideas that will enhance team productivity.
The program offers 25 positions in various fields, including HC Planning Development, IT, Legal Business, Legal Governance, Corporate Performance Management, Billing, Collection, Revenue Assurance, Operation, to Marketing. Out of 2800 applicants, only 50 fortunate students were selected to join the program, indicating a high level of competition and the high quality of the program participants.
The MSIB program not only provides practical experience for students but also strengthens the relationship between academia and industry, as well as helping to prepare the young generation for the challenges of the future job market. Telkomsat is committed to investing in the development of young talent as part of its long-term strategy to strengthen the digital ecosystem in Indonesia.
