Telkomsat's Leadership Pipeline, Togetherness & Greening Program
Cibinong - Thursday, 28 February 2019 PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia (Telkomsat) held a Leadership Pipeline, Togetherness & Greening Program event. The event aims to make Senior Leaders understand how to be a good leader and prepare the next leader, support the acceleration of the transformation process, Telkomsat RKAP 2019 Socialization "Towards Stronger Digital Satellite Business for Healthier Growth & Profitability" and build employee awareness to conduct activities in a friendly manner environment through CSR activities.
The atmosphere of excitement and kinship between employees was felt when the event began at 07.00 WIB, beginning with healthy gymnastics and fun games that raised the theme of communication in it. It appears that all Telkomsat Board of Directors and Senior Leaders packed the Satellite Controller Headquarters, Narogong KM Highway. 26,5, Kembang Kuning, Kelapa Nunggal, Bogor.
The activity was continued with the making of Biopori Holes, this activity was under the command of the Biopori Team of the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB). Biopori holes are a method to increase the absorption of water on the ground. This method was discovered by Dr. Kamir Raziudin Brata, one of the lecturers in the Department of Soil Science and Land Resources, Faculty of Agriculture, IPB.
This hole is made vertically into the ground as a method of water absorption. The hole aims to overcome the puddle by increasing the absorption of water into the soil. This biopore hole has a depth of one meter and is 10 cm in diameter. In this activity, 30 Biopore Infiltration Holes (LRB) were produced. After completing the making of the biopore hole, all participants continued the greening program by planting tree seeds around the Telkomsat office environment.
The event was continued with the presentation of material on "Overview Leadership Passengers" by Maria T. Kurniawati, ACC (ICF), which contained understanding of leadership in a company. According to her, a company leader must be able to motivate and be able to inspire all employees,
